Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription? Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then Momentum. From there you can cancel or change your plan.

How do I restore purchases? Tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall screen in the app.

Where is my workout data stored? All workout and route data is stored in the Health app on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I use Momentum without an Apple Watch? Yes. Momentum works on iPhone alone, or with iPhone and Apple Watch together. Momentum needs to be set up on the iPhone initially and then allow the settings to sync to the Apple Watch.

What happens after I finish a training plan? You can move on to the next plan in the series, or use the custom plan builder to design your own intervals. More structured plans are coming in future updates.
